Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Sentosa Card House ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Nature of Service

Sentosa Card House is a private, invitation-only platform for organizing and managing recreational home poker games among friends and acquaintances. This Service:

• Is not a commercial gambling operation
• Does not charge rake or fees from games
• Is not open to the general public
• Facilitates private social gatherings only
• Does not provide gambling services or facilitate online gambling

Eligibility

To use this Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have received an invitation and signup code from an existing member
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Not be prohibited from participating in social poker activities by law

Account Registration

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Your account is pending approval by a site administrator. We reserve the right to approve or reject any registration at our discretion.

User Conduct

You agree to use the Service in accordance with our house rules and to:

• Treat all players and administrators with respect
• Honor your game commitments or cancel with appropriate notice
• Provide accurate buy-in and cashout information
• Settle financial transactions directly with other players
• Not use the platform for any commercial purpose
• Not attempt to manipulate or exploit the system
• Not harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Not violate any applicable laws or regulations

Game Participation

When participating in games:

• Cancellation Policy: Late cancellations (within 24 hours of game start) may result in strikes against your account
• Strikes and Suspensions: Accumulating strikes may lead to temporary suspension from games at specific locations or globally
• Financial Transactions: All buy-ins, cashouts, and financial settlements occur directly between players. The platform only tracks these amounts for record-keeping
• Seating: Seating is randomized and assigned by location administrators
• Alternate Lists: If a game is full, you may join as an alternate and will be promoted to seated status if a spot opens

Financial Matters

Important: Sentosa Card House does not handle, process, or facilitate any financial transactions. We are purely a coordination and record-keeping platform.

• All buy-ins and cashouts are settled directly between players
• We do not take any rake, fees, or commissions from games
• Financial records displayed are for informational purposes only
• You are responsible for settling your own debts and collecting owed amounts
• We are not liable for any financial disputes between players

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, functionality, code, and content, is owned by Sentosa Card House and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our explicit permission.

Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Violation of house rules
• Abusive or disrespectful behavior
• Fraudulent or manipulative conduct
• Accumulation of strikes beyond the allowed threshold
• Any other reason at our discretion

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting a site administrator.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service
• Warranties regarding the accuracy of information displayed
• Warranties regarding the security of your data

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENTOSA CARD HOUSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Financial disputes between players
• Injuries or incidents occurring at game locations
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Any damages arising from your use of the Service

Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed SGD $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sentosa Card House, its administrators, and related parties from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
• Your participation in games organized through the Service

Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation in home poker games complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. We make no representations about the legality of poker games in any specific location. By using the Service, you represent that your participation is lawful where you reside.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sentosa Card House regarding your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements.
